The Weston & Left Bank Restaurant, owners the Sharp Family & their team, were selected as the Okemo Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce December 2023 Member of the Month winner for their recent features in Boston.com and Elite Traveler, where they were described as the “hottest new hotel in Vermont”!

The Left Bank opened in May 2023 and The Weston &  Le Spa opened November 2023. The Weston offers a luxury boutique hotel experience dedicated to the timeless values of tradition and commitment to exceptional service.

Boston.com describes the hotel’s restaurant, The Left Bank, as serving “French cuisine and is ‘inspired by the world’s best bistros.’ It has a cocktail bar, an ‘adventurous’ wine list, and is led by executive chef Bretton Combs, who has worked at the restaurants of celebrity chefs Emeril Lagasse and Cat Cora. The restaurant offers room service and a la carte breakfast, with brunch coming in 2024.” They also offer “locally sourced seasonal dishes (that) change weekly, other specialties and caviar service” as well as a “curated wine program, designed with bottles not typically available, and guests can also dine in the restaurant’s intimate ‘world-class wine room‘.”
