Felted Pet Portraits
April 23 @ 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

Needle felting is a technique that uses barber needles and carded wool to decorate a felt surface with design. We will be working from an image of your pet and using simplistic design shapes to get started. A little concentration for the finer details is required. Each finished portrait will exhibit the unique personal characteristics of the artist within you. Along the way, build your needle skills, gain design experience, and experiment with color and shading. You will also gain insight into the basic principles of wet felting. Beginners welcome!
