Black River Good Neighbor Services operates a used furniture store as part of their general thrift store operation. Our building is white with a red roof and was once a fire house for the village of Ludlow! Our hours are Friday & Saturday from 10 am – 4 pm.
We sell all manner of furniture: beds, kitchen tables and chairs, couches, bookcases, end tables, lamps, recliners, and so forth. Since all of our furniture is donated, we do not have all items all of the time. So if you are in need of a particular item, please keep checking with us.
Proceeds from furniture sales are used to defray the operating costs associated with our food and financial assistance programs, and to provide funds to distribute directly to those in need. All of our merchandise is donated by the public.
Since we are a Section 501(c)(3) charity, donations are tax deductible. We accept donations of furniture in good, resalable condition during store hours or by appointment. We reserve the right to refuse any donation. PLEASE NOTE: WE ACCEPT CASH OR CHECKS ONLY.
