To the Best Vendors in Vermont & Beyond,

The Okemo Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce invites you to participate in the 6th Annual Best of Vermont Summer Festival, held Saturday, August 22 and Sunday, August 23, 2026 (rain or shine) in Ludlow. The festival runs 11:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. both days at the Okemo Field on Route 103, a highly visible location.

Located in South Central Vermont along the Scenic Route 100 Byway, the Okemo Valley is a four-season destination surrounded by Okemo, Magic, and Ascutney Mountains. This festival showcases the best of Vermont and is promoted to both locals and visitors. The event features live music, fine art, artisan goods, specialty foods, maple and cheese products, microbreweries, craft distilleries, agricultural bounty, and more.

Vendor spaces are first come, first served, with preference given to past participants. We will limit the number of vendors selling similar products. Vendors may reserve space under the big tent (limited availability) or bring their own tent, table, and chairs for a reduced fee. We provide tents, staging, porta potties, parking, and extensive promotion.

The application deadline is Saturday, August 8, 2026, with payment in full. Vendor fees start at $90 for both days (just $45/day for Okemo Valley Chamber members bringing their own tent). Please see the attached form for additional pricing options. To join the Chamber before the festival and receive discounted pricing, apply here:

Selected vendors will be featured on our festival webpage and social media, so please email your logo and at least two high-quality product photos to clighthall@yourplaceinvermont.com.

We hope you’ll join us for this exciting event. Please contact Carol with any questions.

Sincerely,
Carol Lighthall, Executive Director
