Motorcycle Enthusiasts Photo Contest Rules:
- Each person may enter up to 5 different photos
- All entries are eligible for the Grand Prize based on originality, creative use of subject matter, and of course, how good they are for promotional use! We reserve the right to use submitted photos in both print and web publications regardless of whether the entry was a winner.
- Photo submissions must be in RGB format.
- The Grand Prize winner will be on the cover our our 2014 Motorcycle Enthusiasts limited edition calendar.
- 11 Runner up entries will make up the remaining months of the calendar.
Terms & Conditions:
- Upon submission of this form, the Okemo Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce retains all publication rights for all submitted photographs. No payment for use of winning photographs will be made in addition to the stated prize. Okemo Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce employees are not eligible to enter. - I confirm that I took the photograph, that I am the sole owner of the photograph, that I received verbal consent from all individuals depicted in the photograph prior to my taking the photograph (or received no objection from the individual(s), who was clearly aware that I was taking the photograph), that I have no reason to believe that the individual(s) would have any objection to my submission of the photograph into this photo contest nor to the Okemo Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce’s use of it as stated in the “Entry Rules.”
