Okemo Slush Cup & Killarney Tug-o-War
Join us at Okemo Mountain Resort for the annual Okemo Slush Cup & Killarney Tug-o-War.
Costume-clad Slush Cup competitors schuss toward an 80-foot-long slushy pond and try to make it across without falling in. It’s a chilly spring dip for those who don’t make it. This event is open to everyone, participants must be at least 4 feet tall and 7 or older. Any competitor between 4 and 5 feet tall must wear the life vest provided by Okemo. Registration will take place from 8-10 a.m. outside the Roundhouse at Jackson Gore on April 6. The Slush Cup starts at 11 a.m. Get ready!
Open to the first 125 participants. Entry fee is $20. Participants win fabulous prizes in various categories.
The fun doesn’t end once the pond has been skimmed! In its 2nd annual Killarney Tug of War! Get together your team of 8, minimum of 1 female per team, and tug another team into the slush pond! The winning team receives $250 from The Killarney Irish Pub and bragging rights for a year! Registration for the Tug of War is free, this event will take place immediately following the Slush Cup.
