Maple Sugaring Season at Sugarbush Farm
Visit Sugarbush Farm in Woodstock, Vermont to learn how maple trees are tapped, sap is collected and boiled down to pure Vermont Maple Syrup. While the farm is open every day for touring the sugar house, walking the maple walk in the woods, and enjoying samples in the farm store, the actual boiling of sap is dictated by sap flow which occurs with a freezing night followed by a warmer day. So best to call ahead if you hope to see the actual boiling of the sap.
Don’t forget to wear you boots as mud and maple syrup go together!
