Directions
The Okemo Valley is in the Green Mountains of South-Central Vermont. Our Valley serves the Towns of Andover, Cavendish, Chester, Mount Holly, Ludlow, Plymouth, and Weston Vermont.
We are a wonderful four season destination. We welcome you to explore our indoor and outdoor activities. Be sure to see the events listing page while you are here.
Since our Valley represents seven different communities, our directions page provides instructions to reach our two Visitor Information Centers.
Chester Visitor Information Center:
(open from April to October - please call ahead for staffed hours)
From the South-East:
Exit 6 off 91N
Left onto Route 103.
Follow Route 103 to Chester.
Stay straight on Route 11.
The Chester Visitor Information Center is on the right side of Route 11, across from the town green.
From the North-East:
Exit 8 off 91S in Ascutney.
Right at end. Proceed West on Route 131 Cavendish, into Proctorsville.
Take a left at intersection of Route 131 and Route 103 Follow Route 103 to Chester.
Turn right onto Route 10, travel less then .5 miles.
The Chester Visitor Information Center is on the right side of Route 11, across from the town green.
From the North-West:
Follow Route 103 south from Ludlow for approximately 15 minutes
Turn right onto Route 10, travel less then .5 miles.
The Chester Visitor Information Center is on the right side of Route 11, across from the town green.
Ludlow Visitor Information Center:
(open year round)
From the South-East:
Exit 6 off 91N
Left onto Route 103.
Follow Route 103 to Chester. Turn right in Chester to stay on Route 103
Follow 15-20 minutes to Ludlow.
Continue through the Ludlow traffic light, for .5 miles
The Ludlow Visitor Information Center is on the right side of Route 103 in the green clock tower building.
From the North: (two approaches)
If you are traveling south on Route 100:
Turn left at the junction of Route 100 South and Route 103,
Follow Route 100/103 approximately 1.5 miles.
The Ludlow Visitor Information Center is on the left side of Route 103 in the green clock tower building
If you are traveling south from Rutland, VT:
Take Route 7 South from Rutland.
Turn left at the junction of Route 7 and Route 103. Follow for approximately 18 miles to Ludlow.
The Ludlow Visitor Information Center is on the left side of Route 103 in the green clock tower building.
